Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that AI agents will tackle.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data teams to ensure scenarios are technically feasible and aligned with project goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
