Trade Marketing Away From Home

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a proactive Trade Marketing professional to lead our Away From Home (AFH) strategy across Hispanic markets. You will work closely with internal and external teams to drive sales growth, ensure perfect‑store execution, and enhance brand presence in the food‑service channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AFH sales capability plans for Hispanic markets.
• Lead perfect‑store, trade‑marketing, and incentive programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence local teams to achieve regional strategies, KPIs, and standardized execution.
• Own the AFH trade strategy, Heinz Selection, and Hospitality programs for the Hispanic region.
• Manage distributor excellence initiatives and contract/material optimization.
• Monitor and follow up with local teams to ensure proper implementation of programs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the food‑service channel (restaurants).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in perfect‑store concepts.
• Familiarity with the South America or CARICAM region.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
