UX/UI Designer – Social Commerce & eCommerce

About the role

Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce through live shopping, shoppable video and interactive formats. As a UX/UI Designer you will shape the user experience that turns social engagement into revenue for brands and media companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design best‑in‑class social commerce experiences across web, mobile, live shopping, shoppable video and interactive content surfaces.
• Create UX and UI patterns that help clients convert owned traffic into revenue.
• Integrate social‑native interaction thinking into owned‑property experiences without feeling gimmicky.
• Collaborate with product, revenue and client teams to identify user drop‑off points and improve conversion flows.
• Translate commerce, marketing and media use cases into elegant product experiences.
• Use research, trend awareness and performance data to refine flows, content modules, creator interactions and conversion surfaces.
• Design for both commerce clients and media clients, shaping a modern, social, credible and conversion‑focused product language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, commerce experience design or social‑platform‑adjacent design.
• Strong background in eCommerce, social commerce, creator tools, retail media or conversion‑focused digital products.
• Deep understanding of current social media commerce patterns and emerging eCommerce behavior.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped products in eCommerce or media domains.
• Ability to defend design decisions in terms of business outcomes.
