Main Missions

• Design, plan, and implement high-quality, cost-effective, and impactful visual presentations using global merchandising tools.
• Translate the needs and dreams of Bogotá's residents into relevant and inspiring room settings and product solutions.
• Maximize commercial opportunities by optimizing product visibility and layout to drive sales.
• Ensure strict adherence to HFRD (Home Furnishing Retail Design) department routines and standards.
• Maintain high safety and security standards in all displays to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Promote IKEA's core values, including sustainability and cultural integrity, through every visual touchpoint.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the home furnishing or retail sector.
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract concepts into tangible, inspiring displays.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how visual presentation influences purchasing behavior.
• Ability to work within global guidelines while adapting to local market needs.
