About the role
Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as a Remote IT Support Analyst. You will provide technical assistance to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user requests via email, phone, and Jira.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage hardware procurement and inventory.
- Administer building security cards.
- Perform general office and hardware maintenance.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
