Remote IT Support Analyst

About the role

Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as a Remote IT Support Analyst. You will provide technical assistance to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via email, phone, and Jira.
• Troubleshoot computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage hardware procurement and inventory.
• Administer building security cards.
• Perform general office and hardware maintenance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
