Sales Coordinator

About the role

EF Language Abroad is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to drive the promotion and sale of its language courses abroad. Based in Santiago, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable programs.
• Provide consultative selling, offering personalized advice to match language learning goals.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of course offerings, destinations, and industry trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting clients throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices and ensure a consistent global experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Participate in brand‑building events such as fairs, school presentations, and university visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in education, travel, or selling intangible services is a plus.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• International experience (living, working, or studying abroad) preferred.
