About the role

As an Account Manager at Infobip you will be responsible for the growth, retention and overall success of Tier 1 customers on the world’s largest full‑stack cloud communication platform. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business needs and drive measurable revenue through adoption, upsell and long‑term partnership. The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer advocacy and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Own relationships with Tier 1 customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
  • Deliver on business metrics such as gross profit, margin %, net revenue retention and upsell targets.
  • Act as the primary customer advocate, coordinating internal teams to meet business and technical expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities through product adoption, cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Forecast customer traffic and proactively manage revenue, margin and collection risks.
  • Support account setup and ongoing optimisation together with Platform Operations and CPaaS teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success on SaaS‑related expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing and growing mid‑market or enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, margin and retention metrics.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer organisations and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of CPaaS, SaaS or technology‑driven solutions.
  • Strategic, data‑driven and comfortable with forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at senior levels.
