Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and logistics to ensure seamless journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, and car rentals according to budget and policy.
• Prepare cost projections, submit expense reports, and reconcile travel spend.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy, collaborate with relocation firms, agencies, or officials, and manage related documentation.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
