Data Generation Specialist

About the role

You will lead and support local evidence‑generation activities in epidemiology, real‑world data, and health outcomes. Working closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams, you will design and deliver studies that inform decision‑making in Peru and Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute evidence‑generation projects using real‑world data, literature reviews, and primary/secondary data collection.
• Prepare and adapt economic models and analyses for local health‑system needs and payer submissions.
• Manage external vendors and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to meet study milestones.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with internal policies, and proper documentation.
• Produce technical reports, slide decks, and publications for internal and external audiences.
• Support training, system access, and process improvements to increase efficiency of evidence activities.

Required profile

• Degree in medicine, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacy, health economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health outcomes, epidemiology, real‑world evidence, or health economics projects.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and advanced English for cross‑border collaboration.

Required skills

• Data analysis with R, Stata, SAS or Python.
• Reference management using EndNote or Mendeley.
• Advanced Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Power BI.
