IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruitment skills while supporting global technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
