Junior Sales Agent – Remote (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Agent to join our remote team in Chile. You will work for an international customer support provider, focusing on outbound calls to reactivate existing iGaming and betting clients. This role offers a fast‑paced environment with clear performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing iGaming/betting clients to encourage reactivation.
• Present bonuses, promotions, and personalized offers.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Handle objections and keep customers engaged.
• Log all interactions and results in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish with a Chilean accent.
• Basic English (A2–B1) for internal communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, call centers, customer support, or outbound telemarketing.
• Own a PC or laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS) with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Comfortable working with outbound calls and meeting performance targets.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
