Marketing & Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our Project Manager, Head of Production, and Social Content Strategist. This remote, contractor position blends social media coordination, marketing assistance, and production operations to ensure content and campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and with operational precision.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Social Content Strategist to execute brand narratives, campaigns, and content plans across platforms.
• Assist with writing captions, hooks, hashtags, and tone‑specific messaging tailored to each client’s voice.
• Monitor trends by studying leading creators and cultural figures to keep content formats current.
• Support creative brainstorming and propose platform‑specific content ideas.
• Maintain operational order, coordinate details, and keep editorial calendars and publishing systems clean and up‑to‑date.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication, ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Highly organized and culturally fluent with a strong attention to detail.
• Creative yet structured, able to support editorial processes while maintaining clean systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and clarity.
• Quickly adapts across multiple clients, platforms, and formats.
• Execution‑first mindset; does not define strategy but follows defined systems.

Required skills
