About the role
L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape strategy, drive growth, and enhance brand performance across B2C and B2B channels. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from launch planning to portfolio optimization, ensuring a seamless consumer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° launch plans for new innovations, coordinating with salons, e‑commerce, and media partners.
- Manage the A&P budget, overseeing annual investment plans for promotions, visibility, and media.
- Define product portfolio strategy and channel tactics in collaboration with marketing, e‑merchandising, media, and e‑KAM teams.
- Set and monitor pricing strategy to meet gross‑margin targets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and agencies to produce high‑quality content and ensure media investment effectiveness.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing A&P budgets and P&L indicators.
- Proven ability to influence across commercial and digital teams and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
