Senior Project Manager – Translation Technology

About the role

We are a remote‑first SaaS organisation delivering world‑class multilingual products to millions of users. The Senior Project Manager – Translation Technology will lead strategic localisation programmes, optimise translation workflows and ensure seamless multilingual experiences across product, marketing, sales and customer‑success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programmes that deliver measurable business impact.
• Own translation and localisation workflows, governance, prioritisation and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to support GTM initiatives, multilingual product launches and global content delivery.
• Build scalable operational frameworks, improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage programme reporting, KPIs, risks, stakeholder communication and executive updates.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Background in localisation, translation technology, internationalisation (i18n) or global content operations.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead strategic cross‑functional programmes and collaborate with product, marketing, sales and GTM teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, operational excellence and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Translation Management Systems such as Smartling, Phrase, Lokalise, Crowdin, memoQ, XTM, SDL Trados or Transifex.
