Senior Recruiter – Remote (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our platform as a contractor. Working remotely from Chile, you will help independent recruiters build and scale their talent audiences while connecting top talent with global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles including GTM, commercial, tech, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage relationships with clients, presenting candidates and coordinating interview processes.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS, CRM, scheduling and multiposting tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with other freelancers on the platform, sharing candidate pools and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience hiring for diverse functional areas.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Chile and able to work remotely.
