AI Data Reviewer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Data Reviewer to work remotely on a contract basis. In this role you will help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input through careful analysis and annotation of software interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze screenshots of diverse software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows.
• Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are based solely on visible screen content.
• Distinguish between observable evidence and assumptions, documenting clear, well‑reasoned explanations.
• Complete structured annotation and data review tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and various web applications.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide actionable feedback that improves AI model performance.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and adhere to established quality guidelines.
• Communicate insights effectively in writing and verbally to support team knowledge‑sharing.

Required profile

• Expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Outstanding written communication skills and ability to articulate complex observations concisely.
• High computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Proven ability to distinguish evidence‑based findings from assumptions.
• Experience completing structured annotation or review processes in technical, product, or operational settings.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Background in QA testing, technical support, product operations, UX research, data annotation, or technical writing.
• Familiarity with complex interfaces such as admin panels, CRM tools, and modern web apps.
• Prior experience working remotely with globally distributed teams.
