Long-Form Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Long-Form Video Editor to produce polished YouTube and podcast episodes. The role is fully remote and full‑time, collaborating with producers, hosts and the creative team to deliver engaging, high‑quality content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce long‑form podcast videos for YouTube, adding transitions, titles, images and B‑roll.
• Balance and clean up audio, reduce background noise, and add intro/outro music and sound effects.
• Optimize video pacing, thumbnails and other platform‑specific elements to boost viewer retention.
• Collaborate with producers and creative staff to ensure edits align with brand guidelines and client vision.
• Incorporate feedback and refine edits to achieve the best possible outcome.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience editing long‑form video content for YouTube or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Adobe Audition for audio engineering.
• Familiarity with Frame.io or comparable review and collaboration tools.
