Marketing Project Lead

About the role

The Marketing Project Lead will act as the central orchestrator between clients and internal creative teams, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans. This fully remote position requires strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and strong ownership to deliver measurable results for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies, defining priorities, roadmaps, KPIs and execution plans aligned with client goals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations and providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment across campaigns.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, resolve challenges and maintain accountability across contributors.
• Translate client objectives into structured, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable business impact.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management or client‑facing marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs and develop execution roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and build trust.
• Solid experience in budgeting, reporting and performance tracking.
• High level of ownership, accountability and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results‑driven setting.
