Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Genetec is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and relationship management with existing and new customers, system integrators, technology partners, consultants, and end‑users across the Caribbean and Central America. You will be the primary point of contact for the region, driving growth of Genetec’s security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned sales territory for Genetec products.
• Identify, track, and qualify opportunities; distribute leads to partners.
• Visit customers, partners, and consultants on‑site to understand needs.
• Prepare quotes, respond to RFIs/RFQs, and write proposals.
• Manage forecasts, achieve sales quotas, and report on performance.
• Coordinate training for customers, integrators, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and other sales tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the security industry (VMS, Access Control, CCTV) or related technology sales.
• Proven track record of sales achievement in the Caribbean and Central America market.
• Excellent presentation and client‑demonstration skills.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
