Join a global leader in optical design, manufacturing, and image processing technologies. As a Partner Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening Hanwha Vision's technological ecosystem across Latin America by driving seamless integrations with key industry players.

Missions principales

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering teams (Software, Hardware, AI, Cloud, and Platforms).
• Guide the full integration lifecycle: from initial discovery and solution design to implementation, validation, launch, and ongoing support.
• Provide expert technical guidance on the use of Hanwha Vision APIs, SDKs, platforms, and products.
• Deliver architectural advice, implementation support, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstration environments, and technical validation workflows.
• Create partner enablement resources, including onboarding guides, playbooks, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable technical recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Developer Support, or similar technical roles.
• Proven expertise in IP Video, video analytics, AI applications, and complex system integration.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business solutions.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (Mandatory).
• Portuguese language skills (Highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platform integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills.
