System Administrator – IT Operations

About the role

IC Markets is seeking a System Administrator to join its IT Operations team in Santiago. You will ensure the stability and efficiency of office IT infrastructure, supporting both local users and global stakeholders in a fast‑growing FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain office IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Windows‑based environments.
• Maintain networking equipment, firewalls, wireless connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to internal users across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, office moves and IT projects.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents and escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures and configurations.
• Promote IT security best practices in daily operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Operations or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Santiago.
