Talent Management Analyst – South Cone (Chile)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Management Analyst to support the execution of talent management and core people processes across the South Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay). The role partners closely with local HR teams to translate global talent agendas into local actions, ensuring consistent and effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support career counseling and development conversations, coordinating with the Global Capability Center.
• Assist early‑talent and leadership development initiatives, handling coordination and follow‑up.
• Execute the Performance Management cycle and contribute to people planning and succession activities.
• Help deploy leadership capability programs aligned with regional priorities.
• Roll out culture and engagement initiatives such as Chairman’s Awards, Next Big Idea, and Global Smiles Week.
• Support team effectiveness projects (e.g., Super 5) and digital behavior initiatives.
• Assist frontline development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing talent processes or working as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn, even if not all requirements are met.
