Technical Recruiter (Remote, Contractor)

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at Proxify, you will be the first point of contact for developers worldwide, ensuring that only top‑tier talent joins our network. You will combine technical evaluation with strong interpersonal skills to match developers with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 25‑35 discovery calls per week with prospective developers.
• Present Proxify’s business model and explain the benefits of joining our network.
• Assess candidates’ technical abilities, values, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate terms, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and support onboarding.
• Act as the end‑to‑end point of contact for developers throughout their journey.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience recruiting for tech roles (software engineering, data & analytics).
• Strong people skills, empathy, and advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Technical background or fluency sufficient to evaluate advanced technical skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Bonus: experience in SaaS/tech industry, comfort with remote self‑managed environments, engaging personality.
