About the role
ElectroNeek is an AI‑driven automation platform that combines autonomous agents, RPA bots, and human workers. As an Account Executive you will own inbound opportunities from first contact through closing, turning qualified leads into platform licensing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Own inbound pipeline end‑to‑end, respond to leads within SLA, qualify using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC, run discovery calls, demos and negotiations, and close deals.
- Research each inbound account deeply – business model, automation maturity, decision‑makers, recent signals – and create a documented sales strategy covering stakeholders, criteria, competition and risks.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM with complete, timely records of contacts, calls, emails, next steps and stage changes; provide accurate weekly forecasts.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude) for account research, call preparation, follow‑up drafting, competitor analysis and performance dashboards; act on data‑driven feedback.
Required profile
- Proven track record as a top‑performing sales closer in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Comfortable working exclusively with inbound leads and fast‑moving sales cycles.
- Self‑motivated, data‑driven and able to adapt quickly to AI‑enhanced workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
