Account Executive

About the role

TCG The Collace Group is looking for an Account Executive to manage daily relationships with a portfolio of clients, understand their needs and propose solutions based on our proprietary Teleaudit® technology.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate remote audit projects and monitor key performance indicators.
• Prepare reports and presentations that help clients improve processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal operations and technology teams to ensure correct service implementation and swift incident resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing client accounts, preferably in services, technology, consulting or market research.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance indicators and turn them into practical recommendations.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork and flexibility in changing environments.
• Relevant education (business administration, marketing, communication, commercial engineering or similar); intermediate or higher English is a plus.

• Advanced use of spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
• Presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Data platform handling and basic data analysis.
