About the role
We are seeking a strategic Account Manager to act as a trusted marketing advisor for our portfolio of concrete contractors and home‑service businesses. You will work directly with business owners, interpret SEO and paid‑advertising performance, and guide clients toward decisions that increase lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly (and sometimes weekly) strategy calls, explaining SEO and advertising results.
- Help clients understand lead sources and recommend improvements to boost volume.
- Maintain proactive communication, address concerns early, and manage expectations around timelines and results.
- Coordinate with internal project managers and delivery teams to align client goals with campaign deliverables.
- Identify growth opportunities, propose campaign expansions, and protect scope by setting clear service boundaries.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field.
- Proven ability to present performance data and advise small business owners.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- General understanding of digital marketing concepts such as local SEO, Google Business Profile, and lead generation for service businesses.
