About the role

The Data Analyst will work within the Productivity Consultants team to transform large volumes of raw information into actionable insights that support business decisions. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Santiago de los Caballeros and focuses on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Clean, validate, and structure data for analysis.
• Design and implement data models to test hypotheses and support forecasting.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations for various business units.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to interpret results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics and data‑modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and eager to learn new technologies.
