Asesor de Ventas – Tienda de Utensilios de Cocina Industrial (Santiago)

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide personalized assistance and effective product guidance to customers interested in industrial kitchenware. The role involves driving sales through product knowledge, quotation preparation, order follow‑up and ensuring a satisfying customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers in‑store, by phone and email, ensuring excellent service.
• Receive, organize and display merchandise, and demonstrate products to clients.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and track deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions and returns.
• Stay updated on current promotions, pricing, discounts and inform customers accordingly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support external sales staff.
• Process shipments of purchased goods and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Male candidates only (mandatory).
• Residency in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise within the store.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary of $35,000 plus commissions (0.0025% of direct sales) and performance incentives (0.025% for goal achievement).

• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am‑1:00 pm.
