Male Sales Advisor for Kitchen Utensils Store – Santiago, Dominican Republic

About the role

We are looking for a male Sales Advisor to provide personalized assistance to customers in our industrial kitchen utensils store in Santiago. The role involves guiding clients through product selection, preparing quotations, and ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑person, by phone and email, offering product information and recommendations.
• Receive and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Stay updated on current promotions, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts.
• Support external sales staff and coordinate internal logistics.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in sales or customer service.
• Male gender (mandatory) and resident of Santiago, Dominican Republic.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise for store organization and client demonstrations.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Salary of 35,000 DOP plus commissions (0.0025% on direct sales, 0.025% on goal achievement).

• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑18:00, Saturday 9:00‑13:00.
