Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

Explora is seeking a senior Brand & Communications Manager to shape and execute its global brand strategy. Based in Santiago, the role will ensure the brand’s values, vision and visual identity are consistently experienced across all lodges, retail spaces and guest touch‑points throughout South America.

Key responsibilities

• Define, evolve and implement Explora’s global brand strategy, positioning and architecture across all markets.
• Lead upper‑funnel brand awareness campaigns from concept through post‑campaign analysis, setting KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
• Direct global content strategy, editorial voice and creative direction for all communications, including organic social media.
• Ensure brand experience is reflected in physical spaces, product design and guest interactions.
• Develop and manage partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands, negotiating co‑branded collaborations.
• Oversee production of photo, film, digital and print assets, managing budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Manage a network of freelancers, copywriters and editorial contributors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, Product and Experience teams to support lodge openings and product launches.
• Lead consumer and market research, translating insights into strategic and creative direction.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction or marketing leadership.
• Proven track record building premium or luxury brands.
• Strong expertise in brand storytelling and brand equity development.
