Campus Product Coordinator (Rep Services Rep)

About the role

Jostens is looking for a Campus Product Coordinator (Rep Services Rep) based in Santiago, working on site. The role is a key member of the College Sales and Service team: it builds a partnership with field sales staff to develop and manage college customer accounts through a value-added service relationship, supporting the sales strategy of the Territory Sales Rep.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively understand customer needs and maintain accurate customer setups in Jostens systems
• Assist salespeople in program implementation and handle daily customer transactions by phone, e-mail and mail (orders, order status, issue resolution, billing and product questions)
• Maintain customer records and report on business activity
• Coordinate and complete manufacturing sketches and artwork, and handle day-to-day activities including warranty service issues
• Partner with field sales counterparts to retain customers, increase penetration of new products and acquire new customers
• Work with other departments and locations to obtain and share information

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Jostens customer service experience or 1 year of rep service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in an organized way while being a team player
• Strong oral and written communication with internal and external customers at all levels
• Ability to make decisions, exercise judgement and resolve complex issues independently

Required skills

• Working knowledge of College products and processes
• Microsoft Suite applications
• Oracle knowledge preferred
