About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Operation Manager – Financial to lead day‑to‑day clinical trial management activities within a sponsor‑dedicated model. The role supports teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes across clinical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish and implement trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and manage strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Problem‑solve and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

Required profile

• Solid clinical trial management experience with ability to manage competing priorities.
• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Subject‑matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
• Prior monitoring experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
