Clinical Research Associate – CRA II

About the role

ICON is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) to support sponsor‑dedicated clinical trials in Chile. You will work within ICON’s global network, contributing to the design, monitoring, and analysis of trials that advance innovative therapies for patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Review data and resolve queries to maintain high‑quality clinical data.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
