Corporate Communications Channels Specialist - Marketing

About the role

The Corporate Communications Channels Specialist will support the Global Communications team by creating, managing, and distributing internal and external communications. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Communications, the role focuses on optimizing channel performance and ensuring accurate, timely messaging for customers, sites, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on key communication platforms, including ChangeEngine (external SaaS) and Navigator (internal SharePoint).
• Plan, write, edit, and deliver content that aligns with business priorities across approved channels.
• Lead the production and distribution of regular direct‑to‑site communications, incorporating stakeholder feedback and product roadmap updates.
• Ensure all customer and site communications are sent on schedule with high accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain and update contact databases, pulling information from internal systems to keep records current.
• Refresh content and design of Navigator pages on a regular basis.
• Manage the communications calendar and coordinate with functional leaders and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative skills with functional leaders, SMEs, and the Corporate Communications team.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, compelling messaging.
• Attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Familiarity with SaaS communication platforms (e.g., ChangeEngine).
