CRA II – Remote (Chile)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical studies in Chile. The role supports trial compliance and contributes to high‑quality data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote and on‑site monitoring of clinical research studies, reviewing protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Create and maintain monitoring plans, checklists, templates, and other quality‑assurance tools.
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress, resolve issues, and document findings in monitoring reports and action plans.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth trial conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent certification preferred.
