Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Santiago)

About the role

Jostens is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Santiago office. You will be the first point of contact for customers and sales partners, handling orders, returns, and product inquiries through phone, email, and fax.

Key responsibilities

• Process consumer and sales requests via email and call‑center channels.
• Answer product, program, and return questions from customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and perform general filing and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate order changes and communicate with the factory, art department, and other internal teams.
• Support training and education initiatives related to product entry.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Strong work ethic, professional phone etiquette, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and good listening skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Dominican ID, residing in Santiago, and able to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
