Customer Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Specialist to join our team in Santiago. The role focuses on delivering proactive support, guidance, and solutions to our clients, helping them get the most out of Ualett’s products while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and follow‑up.
• Guide clients in using Ualett’s products and services to ensure a seamless experience.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations with a professional, customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Monitor feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure consistent communication across channels.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• At least 6 months experience in customer service, success, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Empathetic problem‑solving ability and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (preferred).
