Cybersecurity, Telecom & Infrastructure Lead

About the role

Statkraft is seeking a Cybersecurity, Telecom & Infrastructure Lead to ensure the secure design, deployment and operation of its IT and OT environments. The role combines deep infrastructure engineering expertise with a security‑first mindset, supporting power plants, substations and related digital services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Infrastructure Specialists, providing technical guidance and fostering continuous training.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures and contingency plans for infrastructure continuity.
• Oversee detection, investigation and response to security incidents, coordinating corrective actions.
• Promote an information‑security culture through awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Design, implement and support cybersecurity solutions in line with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with the global CSIRT on monitoring, prevention, detection and incident handling.
• Participate in risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams in IT/OT infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication skills for conveying risks and best practices to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work across global IT and cybersecurity teams to deliver consistent services.
