Delivery Manager – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Hybrid)

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for complex client portfolios across Chile and Argentina. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine operational excellence with strategic stakeholder engagement to ensure service quality, SLA/KPI performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce solutions aligned with client goals and market conditions.
• Maintain senior client relationships, lead Quarterly Business Reviews and manage escalations.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment processes, ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive sourcing innovation.
• Manage budgets, profitability targets and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality, hiring manager satisfaction).
• Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, Team Leaders and support staff across multiple programs.
• Provide coaching, performance management and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of managerial experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment delivery.
• Proven experience overseeing client relationships with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading regional team operations.
