Delivery Manager – RPO (Hybrid, Chile/Argentina)

About the role

The Delivery Manager – RPO will lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for complex client portfolios across Chile and Argentina. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine operational excellence with strategic stakeholder engagement to ensure high‑quality service, meet SLA/KPI targets, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce solutions aligned with client goals and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment processes, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and optimal candidate experience.
• Manage budgets, profitability targets, and P&L exposure for client programs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, produce performance dashboards, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, Team Leaders, and support staff across multiple programs.
• Handle client escalations swiftly, support bids and proposals, and ensure compliance with contract terms and audit standards.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of managerial experience in Talent Acquisition or delivery.
• Proven experience overseeing client relationships with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading regional team operations in a recruitment or RPO environment.
