Director of Client Success – Chile Southern Cone

About the role

Visa is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead the post‑sale experience for clients in the Chile Southern Cone region. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will shape and execute the client service strategy, ensuring Visa products deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Success Managers responsible for onboarding, implementation, product adoption and ongoing operational support.
• Define and deploy client service strategies across multiple client types, aligning with Visa’s global transformation goals.
• Drive client success outcomes, monitor performance metrics and optimize client relationships.
• Provide strategic functional and technical leadership for payment‑system operations, including authorization and clearing processes.
• Coach and develop people leaders and individual contributors, fostering a high‑performing, cohesive team.
• Resolve high‑priority issues with potential financial impact while embodying Visa’s leadership principles.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience within client services or commercial operations, preferably in the payments industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, authorization and clearing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
