Distributor Brand Executive (DBM)

About the role

This full-time role works with distributors to share product information, achieve sales quotas and build strong partnerships. You analyze sales opportunities, collaborate on joint business plans, attend partner events and train with internal teams so that partner interactions run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Share information on products, services, promotions and configurations with partners.
• Achieve assigned quotas for products, services and software by promoting and selling them.
• Work with distributors on joint business plans covering sales goals, marketing activities and resource allocation, in line with legal and ethical practices.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders in distributor organizations and give guidance to their business managers and sales teams.
• Analyze sales opportunities, share sales materials and look for upsell and cross-sell chances.
• Monitor distributor performance against targets and provide feedback.
• Attend distributor events, trade shows and webinars, and coordinate with marketing, customer support and product development teams.

Required profile

• Sales, marketing, business administration or related experience, or commensurate work experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically at least 2 years of experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel, distributors and alliances, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
