Process & Capabilities Analyst

About the role

This role executes strategic plans to improve and optimize business processes and capabilities. It analyzes existing processes, works with departments to design new architectures and ensure seamless integration, monitors performance metrics and keeps processes aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. The position sits in Sales Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic plans for improving and optimizing business processes and capabilities across the organization.
• Design the architecture of key processes and capabilities so they fit the overall business architecture and long-term vision.
• Collaborate with departments and business units to integrate processes and capabilities seamlessly.
• Use data analytics and modeling to find trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs and provide improvement insights.
• Apply standard project management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Identify risks of process changes and ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in developing their skills.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) preferred.
