Dynamics CRM Functional Associate (MB210/220/230/240) + PL400

About the role

The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate will act as a techno‑functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to design, configure, develop and implement end‑to‑end CRM solutions that align with business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, lead workshops and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Design complete D365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, including integration patterns and data models.
• Configure and customise Dataverse entities, forms, views, security, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop technical components such as C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations and optional PCF controls.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, REST APIs and middleware; manage data migration, mapping and governance.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle – design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate UAT, provide end‑user training, create documentation and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams, bridging functional and technical perspectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead‑to‑Cash, Case Management and Service.
• Experience delivering solutions in agile or hybrid project environments.
• Ability to map business processes, align system capabilities with outcomes and drive optimisation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Field Service).
• Dataverse architecture and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• C#/.NET for plugin development.
• JavaScript / TypeScript for client‑side customisations.
• REST API integration and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions).
• Azure DevOps for solution management (ALM).
• Knowledge of PCF component development (preferred).
