Educational Facilitator – Student Mentor & Learning Designer

About the role

Intellisys is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Facilitator to design and lead personalized learning experiences for high‑school students. You will mentor adolescents, foster critical thinking, and help them develop independence and a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate student‑centered, project‑based and blended learning activities.
• Personalize instruction to match each learner’s academic goals and style.
• Monitor progress, provide coaching, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Build strong relationships with students and their families.
• Integrate technology and innovative instructional strategies into daily lessons.
• Encourage student leadership, collaboration, and ownership of learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Adolescent Development or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience working with middle‑ or high‑school students.
• Experience in homeschooling, microschools, alternative or personalized learning environments is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally with own vehicle preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
