Engineering Resourcer / Technical Recruiter (Remote – Chile)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Resourcer / Technical Recruiter to join our international recruitment team. Working remotely from Chile, you will source and engage engineering talent for large construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy and data‑centre projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Recruit professionals across civil, electrical, mechanical, geomatics, geotechnical, cost engineering and related disciplines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions and manage candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Conduct screening interviews in English and Spanish, prepare candidate summaries and interview notes.
• Develop proactive search strategies, talent mapping and Boolean search techniques for niche engineering roles.
• Support international recruitment campaigns and maintain long‑term relationships with engineering professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Recruiter or Engineering Resourcer.
• Proven experience recruiting engineers for Ireland and/or Europe.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and independent working skills.
