Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role
We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges that help improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency and best‑practice adherence.
- Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
- Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level or senior candidates are welcome.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
