About the role
We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. The position is flexible, allowing up to 40 hours per week based on project availability, and is ideal for developers who want to work asynchronously while contributing to AI model improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate code generated by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
- Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve future AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
