About the role
We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑growing technology companies. Operating fully remote, you will own end‑to‑end executive search processes and partner with hiring leaders across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute search strategies for Director, VP, and C‑suite positions.
- Source, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and market mapping.
- Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and close high‑impact hires.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and ensure data quality in ATS systems.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.
Required profile
- 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience.
- Proven success closing Director, VP, or C‑suite roles in competitive tech markets.
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, gaming, or similar high‑growth sectors.
- Familiarity with global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
