Facilities Maintenance Manager – Boutique Hotel

About the role

Join a dynamic boutique hotel team as the Facilities Maintenance Manager, overseeing all building mechanical and electrical systems to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will lead daily maintenance activities, manage work orders, and coordinate emergency response for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily maintenance tasks and work‑order system.
• Manage 24/7 on‑call rotation for tenant and guest emergencies.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, lighting, and utility systems.
• Initiate, perform, and oversee maintenance projects, including small improvements and capital‑expense work.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain aesthetic standards through routine repairs, lighting, and grounds upkeep.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facilities or building maintenance operations.
• Ability to lead, train, discipline, and evaluate a maintenance team.
• Strong organizational skills and budget awareness.
